This native FSX model with moving parts, working turrets and firing cannons. It includes three virtual cockpits, fire consoles, captain bridge and with the possibility of walking on the entire ship - all in 3D. The model has custom, very accurate textures, gauges and effects. First the SAAB 91 Safir for FS9 & FSX developed by SibWings , in his short release notice Scott mentions the Safir is supplied with a very comprehensive PDF manual and comes in four different liveries, both military and civilian all with a dedicated custom virtual cockpit, and pilots will feel so at home in the VC that no 2D panel is included. RealFlight F6F Service Pack.  Posted: Friday, February 6, 2009 - 14:25 RealFlight Simulations are pleased to announce the release of their F6F Service Pack. The SP corrects a number of issues that were presented through customer feedback in the support forums and as well suggestions for additional VC functionality. The Service Pack also includes new documentation , a paint Kit , more aircraft systems implemented such as Anti-detonation and Engine Management as well as various modifications to lighting, gauges and switches. VRS F/A-18E "SUPERBUG" SP1  Posted: Friday, February 6, 2009 - 14:04 Vertical Reality Simulations, (VRS) today released Service Pack 1 for their F/A-18E Super Hornet simulation for FS2004. FS ProTeam - TU154M Aircraft Review  Posted: Sunday, February 1, 2009 - 20:35 Avsim Senior Staff Reviewer Angelique van Campen has taken on a freeware product for her latest review. The subject in question this time is the FS ProTeam Tupolev TU-154M.
The review captures pretty much all the TU-154M has to offer including an interview with an instructor pilot who flies a Boeing 737NG for GloBus.

Manhattan X Released  Posted: Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 18:03 With almost 180,000 buildings and over 3,000,000 polygons, Aerosoft's Manhattan X is a very serious scenery (and yes you need serious hardware to run it) and it has been in development for nearly a year. The FS2004 version was one of the most successful scenery products Aerosoft sold but for the FSX version almost 90% of the buildings were redone to full FSX specification. The result is nothing short of spectacular using current hardware. A mission is included that will let you fly one of the many tourist helicopters around what many consider the most exciting island in the world.
Space Shuttle Mission STS-47 Released  Posted: Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 14:07 Exciting Simulations has released today a new Service/Mission Pack for the Space Shuttle Mission 2007 simulator, STS-47 the first Spacelab mission for SSM2007. This adds a new feature to SSM2007, the possibility to roam in Zero-G inside the various structures. In this case you can float freely inside Spacelab-J just like real Astronauts. The download adds new communications for STS-401 improved KSC scenery, specific Spacelab-J payload panel and other goodies and improvements. Sz-Flight Data Recorder V1.1 released  Posted: Saturday, January 31, 2009 - 13:55 Eszett Solutions release V1.1 of their Sz-Flight Data Recorder for Flight Simulator X. GMap Chart Manager  Posted: Friday, January 30, 2009 - 12:32 FSWidgets Release GMap Chart Manager. The Chart Manager includes built-in tools to view, calibrate and overlay the charts onto Google Maps in real time from within the application, easing the process of calibration.
