Great picks Bear, got most of them myself too. But I missed the one of High Wycombe !! I used to work across the road from that airfield and had it on my Fs2000 installation. I will surely install this one and use it to fly around again over the English countryside. Thanks !! Francois [Respond to this Article] [Return to Articles List]

Though I trust you judgement in these reviews, I must question your UK geography regarding Manchester/Barton and Aberdeen. N.B Manchester :- Midlands England. Aberdeen :- North east Scotland.
I think you will find the distance between will exceed 30-40 kms :-)
Keep up the otherwise invaluable work [Respond to this Article] [Return to Articles List]

Steve,
Great reviews as always. Pardon the repeat if this has already been asked but do you know why I have been unable to see your reviews in Netscape 4.7 (for this and the previous "Bear's Picks")? I need to go to IE to look at them. Please don't say it only works in NS 6.X, that version is terrible for a number of reasons including lost features, slow operation, ...!
Thanks,
Joe Oliver [Respond to this Article] [Return to Articles List]

to update Gordons reply: Manchester to Aberdeen is about 300 miles. Otherwise great reviews and I cannot get enough UK Scenery. [Respond to this Article] [Return to Articles List]

Both of you fellows are correct, Aberdeen is about 300 miles away, it was the airport at "Leeds" that I was thinking of. Having never been there it's easy not to have a true perspective for the topography of the land.
As far as why you can't see my reviews in Netscape, I haven't a clue. Maybe it's time to get IE!
