Great Review,
One point though I think you'll find the sinking at the Stadium could be a problem with flight sim. I have observed this effect at most of the default stadiums as well.
Best regards

Richard,
Thanks for the praise. Concerning the elevation problems I actually was able to observe this problem in a lot of places, sometimes more some times less, but still there. I chose the "Deli Alpi" Stadium because it is an easy reference point for those wishing to recreate it.
Besides the stadium is not a stock scenery object but a handmade object and as such should not have an issue with elevation, provided the udnerlying ground elevation model is not off.
I did not consider the elvation phenomnon to be a major issue since it does not interfere with the major features of the scenery and as such it did not influence much the overall score the scenery received.
It's always good to hear positive and negative feedback about one's articles. Of course the positive is always more appreciated :)
Thanks again and hopefully you will enjoy future articles from me as well.
Happy flying

Everything's OK Ralph except for the Turin main stadium name(I live in a nearby city), never mentioned in the correct way in your article. The correct name is: "Stadio delle Alpi" (that leterally means stadium of Alps). [Respond to this Article] [Return to Articles List]

Franco, thanks for your feedback; I've corrected the reference to read "Stadio delle Alpi." [Return to AVSIM Front Page]
