Virtual Pilots Association
(http://www.virtualpilots.org/)
|
| VPA offers all the services seen in virtual airlines, but not the restrictions. It's truly a pilot's association. Designed by a group of experienced virtual airline CEOs, VPA offers sophisticated record keeping, resources, support and an active forum for all virtual aviators. But VPA does not exclude your general aviation flights. Neither does it restrict you to only a few airlines. Any legitimate scheduled airline flight is acceptable, as is your weekend bush flying when you take your Caravan to a remote fishing lodge. The common bond is a professional approach to virtual aviation. The joy and satisfaction in making your flights as realistic as possible.

Virtual United States Airforces (VUSAFS)
|
| Virtual United States Air Forces (VUSAFS) Is a military virtual air force. While we emulate the real air force we are not a part of the air force. We do how ever have a rank structure, and a command chain we follow. Initially the VUSAFS was set up just as a virtual air force. Over time thou the VUSAFS pilots showed interest in flying helicopters, tailhooks, and doing ATC. VUSAFS now as six commands with in its structure. VUSAFS is comprised of the Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Mobility Command (AMC), Naval Aviation Command (NAC), Rotary Aviation Command (RAC), Civil Air Patrol (CAP), and Air Traffic Control Command (ATC). Of course the VUSAFS is lead by the VUSAFS Command Staff (FATE'S). Each Command has its own Commander, and Deputy Commander. VUSAFS is not committed to maintaining a large roster. We simply look to enjoying a military type VA, with a structure. We train from with in, and promote from with in are own ranks. The VUSAFS now has a command called Air Education and Training (AETC). Which is were all of the new pilots spend there first five flights with VUSAFS. All new cadets enjoy the training and how to's that will make them better pilots. Virtual United States Air Forces is dedicated to online multiplayer flight using Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002, 2004, Flight Simulator X. If you like us, enjoy online flight sim in a military structure, then please stay and look thou are site and command web pages. If you want to join there is a application page on this site also. If you just simply have a question before you join or just a question in general please contact Fate01, Fate02, Tailhook01, Eagle01, Reach02, Hawk01, or AUX01 by email and we will be glad to help you out.

Virtual United States Navy
(http://www.vusn.org)
|
| The vUSN has a membership of over 100 active pilots that fly regularly on VATSIM using MSFS. The VUSN was established in December 1999 with the goal of affording opportunities for fellow simmers who enjoy naval aviation. VUSN is currently recruiting mature individuals interested in pursuing varied FS experiences in a structured environment. Membership is open to any nationality and currently covers many time zones. Our guiding philosophy is "The VUSN is your organization". VUSN is much like a virtual airline (VA) but with a much more extensive and active leadership structure. While VA pilots usually fly fixed routes, our naval aviators are tasked to complete a variety of missions. These missions require a great deal of planning and support, which is provided by our multi-tier leadership structure. All pilot applicants will be required to participate in an Undergraduate Pilot Training (UPT) program before being assigned to a duty station and aircraft. This is required due to our affiliation with VATSIM. Most of a naval aviator's time is spent training. Upon assignment to a squadron regular sessions allow this unit to function as a team. Participation with other squadrons within the Carrier Air Wing provides experience in a larger group and with different aircraft types. Finally, organization wide exercises prepare members for deployment. Deployments last for weeks and take participants to every part of the globe. Throughout these steps ATC may be available at military bases and carriers. The final test is interaction with other military agencies in exercises. Strike missions and combat air patrols are supported by aerial refueling and ATC. Success is determined by screen shots. Leadership and planning of training and exercises is the responsibility of a range of VUSN positions from the squadron Operations Officer up to the Chief of Fleet Forces Command. This developmental process allows members to learn basic principles of strategic and tactical preparation while allowing the use of their imagination. VUSN is designed for an active participant. A minimum if 2 hours flying or controlling is required every month. Currency in flight procedures such as carrier-arrested landings is also required monthly or quarterly. At all times VUSN is obedient to VATSIM policy and sensitive to real world political issues. VUSN is more than flying. Applicants are given an opportunity to choose their primary area of interest although everyone can be a pilot. You can contribute to our organization as a fixed or rotary wing pilot, navy air traffic controller, aircraft or scenery designer. If you're serious about flight simulation, mature and willing to be a dedicated part of our team visit our web site.

Virtual US Air Force (vUSAF)
|
| The Virtual United States Air Force, the premier air force in the virtual world. This Organization was the founding member of the United Nations Air Force, now referred to as the Special Operations Administration for the Virtual Air Traffic Simulation Network (VATSIM, www.vatsim.net).This is a volunteer force comprise of Civilian, Active Duty, Reservists, and Overseas (worldwide) participants making a total force of some of the best pilots ever to take the virtual skies. Because of the overall complexity of worldwide participation, in a world where the dynamics change daily, it is important to remember the origins of the force and the future goal. These dynamics, the ever-increasing technology that changes the nature of operations, is coupled with the core values of our organization Enjoyment, Education and Excellence. This is an organization that mirrors our real world counterpart, to fulfill those core values, and to pay homage to our comrades in arms with the respect and dignity of carrying on the air force “family” roles, by providing education to interested persons, in a way that can be enjoyed by all.We are organized with a new vision, that of an Air Expeditionary Force. A force that can conduct varying missions: Strike, Air-Air Engagement, Airborne Warning, Reconnaissance, Standardized Test and Evaluation, Special Operations, Space operations, and other substantial core and support missions. These missions, coupled with our drive, help us to achieve our core goals of: Aerospace Superiority, Information Superiority, Global Attach Ability, Precision Engagement Ability, Rapid Global Mobility, and Agile Combat Support. As I mentioned earlier, the world dynamics change consistently, as well as does the technology available. The Virtual US Air Force is committed to fleet modernization, and the test, evaluation, and practical application of these new technologies to achieve and exceed our goals, and core competencies. This innovation and adaptation to the changing environment, produces an elite group of individuals who are more engaged in their hobby, and make a difference through our core values. This difference has a definite, and substantial worldwide influence. This influence is found closer to home as well. The key ingredient to this influence is the professionalism and quality of the people involved. These people meet tremendous challenges, overcome adversity, and continue to produce the quality and professional activities that influence others worldwide. These challenges are best outlined with the fact that since it’s conception in 1999, the VUSAF has seen a 400% increase in operational tempo, and this has been done with a 40% decreased on force structure. Such abilities, which instills the faith of the public in such operations in as much as 56% over other institutions (according to a 2000 Gallup Poll on public confidence in public institutions). One Team, One Force, One Family. Terms some use as a coined phrase, for us it is the basis of our organization. We continue to seek quality team members to help lead us through our growing role in the VATSIM and other virtual arenas. In support of Americans, in support of the world, in support of our hobby throughout the new millennium.Global Vigilance, Reach and Power. The Virtual United States Air Force, NO ONE COMES CLOSE!
