F70 & F100 SUPPORT

  1. Run-time error problems
Run time errors occur when FS2004 is not installed in the default directory c:\program files\microsoft games\flight simulation. If you do not have FS2004 installed in this folder, then try manual installation. Here is how:
Right click the file PF10070V2_installer.exe and open with WinZip.
    - In there you will find the file PF10070v2.zip.
    - This zip file contains all of Fokker F70 and Fokker F100 files.
    - Just extract this zip file to a temp folder and install manually.
Copy the file GaugeSound.dll into   \Flight Simulator 9   "main directory".
Open fs9.cfg and include the following two lines:
      [oldmodules]

    FSSound.dll=1

  2. "Sink Rate" alerts during land/approach
When you hear this alert sound during approach/land, it means that the aircraft is not in its landing configuration. Configuration should be:

    - Flaps set to 25° or 42°
    - Gear down

  3. Why do some gauges show black during start-up?
Because the panel is switched off. You need to awake the panel. Read the instructions from the Sample Flight which comes with the download on how to 'switch on'.

  4. How do I switch to wide-view panel?
Press Num Pad 5 to show the wide-view panel. Press Num Pad 5 and Shift-key simultaneously to keep hold this view until next view change.

  5. Cockpit Window
The captains' cockpit window will slide open/close with the event
Tail hook open/close assignment. By default, this is the Ctrl+Shift+Q key combination.

  6. Can I install F70 / F100 v2 in FS2002?
No, you can't. V2 installer was specifically designed to work with FS2004. For FS2002 you should download the PF10070 v1 software
from our outdated v1 website. Click here to go there.

  7. Can I make changes to your files' content and/or make your files available on any form of media for distribution?
Our software is copyright protected. You are not allowed to make any changes to the content of the files. It is also not allowed to store our files on any form of media except for personal backup use only. Read the EULA for more information.
