Queen is mute

Small issue from me. All of a sudden queen became mute. No voices/sounds at all. Yes I did check my options, all is correct there. I can hear P3D background voices, I hear engine sound of default flights, when I switch to the Queen, she is silent.

I loaded ngx to check. All is fine there.

There's an option the the FMC menus, probably "sound". Check to see if that is set to output sound to the correct device.

Go into <Sim root>\PMDG\747\ and find your options.ini file. Delete it and then load the sim.
