Note from Adam Szofran: Special thanks to Tom Allensworth and Jeff Babb for making AVSIM the new home of the FSASM page. Even though I am no longer maintaining FSASM and related addons, I believe there are still a few people in the sim community who need access to this page. Thanks to AVSIM for providing this service.
Commercial licenses are still required for those who want to incorporate FS6IPC.DLL into commercial or shareware products. See Commercial Use of FS6IPC.DLL for more information.
FSASM is a powerful scenery compiler for use with Microsoft® Flight Simulator™ version 6.0 for Windows 95 (FS6) and version 5.1 for DOS (FS5.1). FSASM includes a large library of configurable objects you can use to design static and dynamic scenery of high quality. FSASM is extensively documented and is suitable for use by both novice scenery designers and advanced programmers.
FSASM makes it easy to create simple scenery with just a few objects or highly detailed scenery covering vast geographic areas. FSASM allows you to include all of the objects and features you see in normal scenery. But with FSASM you can do so much more. Here are just a few of the custom objects you can place in your scenery with FSASM:
FSASM also allows you to:

If you plan to incorporate FS6IPC.DLL into a commercial product (including shareware), you must obtain a commercial license from me before you publish your product. For licensing details contact me at fsasm@avsim.com. Please be sure to include some obvious reference to licensing in the subject line of your message so it won't get lost in the shuffle. Serious inquiries only, please.
Thanks,
