Nova Series F16 Panel Kit
Special thanks to the Lockheed Martin for the flightdeck pic above One of the most versatile warplanes in existence, the F-16 was designed by General Dynamics in the early 1970s to satisfy the USAF requirement for a lightweight fighter. The first YF-16 prototype flew on February 2, 1974. The F-16 was taken over by Lockheed Martin since its purchase of General Dynamics' fighter division. Elements the Fighting Falcon excel in include its fly-by-wire control system, a clear-view bubble canopy that offers a superior field of vision, a high thrust to weight ratio, and advanced avionics for accurate long-range targetting, resulting in an aircraft that is an exceptional multi-role fighter. Countries that fly the F-16 include Belgium, Denmark, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Israel, Netherlands, Norway, Pakistan, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, USA, and Venezuela. This image gives you an overview of the entire NOVA series portion of the package. What is not shown is the Plexi Backing panels. The NOVA series panels are designed to be "Flush mount" in appearance. We utilize a clear 1/8" plexi backing panel for all the parts shown above. This allows us to mount hardware, reinforce the top "Lightplate" as well as utilize super accurate looking lettering.
Above you can see a closer view of the Landing gear panel. With some yellow paint at the back of the appropriate sections this should look pretty close to the real panel.

This pricing grid details the kit parts in sections allowing builders to purchase in steps. The vertical rows show the kit parts in sections. All the parts and pieces are available in groups or separately. The laminate parts can be very handy should you need to have lettering or "Film" type switches for the overhead or pedestal parts. We are using laminate all around to get a uniform finish. Wood only kits are possible with proper paint and thinking ahead on switching.
