Steve and Ron cutting the Shell roof section in half to get it into the house. |

Steve and Ron used metal brackets at the front inside seam as well as numerous flat bottom screws and a wood brace on the inside skin area to reattach the seperated pieces. The idea was to make the screws look like rivets once they are painted. I thinkn it looks great! |

Ron surveys
the next section to be joined.

At this stage
we have got the front and sides pretty much secured. We have been
studying the height of the shell versus the inside parts and it looks
like we are going ot have to lower the shell about 4 inches to get
the Glare Panel top to line up like it is supposed to. Not a fun thing
to do but for the sake of accuracy we are going to take a run at it.
