Terms:

• The controller must earn a passing score on the VATUSA Voice Exam.
• The controller may use voice to provide ATC at the positions of DEL, GND or TWR.
• The controller must use _VS_ in his callsign during times when he is providing ATC service using voice.
• If this Voice-Use waiver expires before the controller is promoted to Senior Student (S-3), it can be extended at the discretion of the Facility Chief or Chief Instructor.
• An unrestricted VATUSA Voice Endorsement will be issued concurrent with the controller's promotion to Senior Student.
