Salt Lake City v2 is released! (3/1/08)

Welcome to my scenery page. Many thanks to AVSIM for hosting it! Tom and his staff provide an invaluable service to the flight simulation community!
All sceneries posted on these pages are copyright Gary Widup. All are freeware, but not public domain. You are free to download and use the sceneries for your own enjoyment, but do not try to sell them, or stamp them onto any kind of CD or other mass media distribution without my prior WRITTEN consent, which most likely will be withheld. I reserve the right to charge a royalty of $25 per copy per scenery if I find that any of these have been distributed for a charge or profit. Why have I so prominently displayed this message and have people agree to the copyright when downloading? Read here to see.
I will periodically post updates to existing scenery as necessary. Often, the updates are posted here only, so check back from time to time for them. I generally have enough beta testers for new scenery, but if you would like to be considered for beta testing send me an e-mail.
I know there are still many users of previous versions of FS, so I have archived my older sceneries here as well. I get frequent requests for help on scenery installation, and links to the common texture files needed for the scenery. Check the FAQ for a link to a great tutorial on scenery installation.
I also get frequent requests to create a particular airport and questions about how I choose what airports to do. Here are a few of the factors, although not all inclusive:
1) if I've been there to get good digital photos, the chances go way up.
2) even if I haven't been there, if someone can provide me with good digital photos,
the chances go way up.
3) if Mountain Air (my VA affiliation) flies there, chances are higher.
I hope you enjoy the scenery!
