The All Pilots page displays all pilots online worldwide with pilots that have not filed a flight plan listed separately and their position identified (if at an airport).

In all these pages:
For each controller online the callsign, frequency, name, rating, control position & country, server connected to and the time that he/she is logged to the network are shown. Controllers with supervisor, administrator and instructor ratings are indicated with icons (green - red - yellow stars). Also, the use of voice for each ATC position is indicated with an icon

You can easlily selecet the country, FIR/ARTCC or airport you want to see in these pages from the ATC overview page, from drop-down lists, or from customizable buttons which also provide visual indicators for the presence of ATC and/or flights in specific countries

Map Display
Online aircrafts, online ATC positions, Airports, FIR/ARTCC boundaries can be displayed on a Map. Essential information about each element can be displayed in text as a label, a hint tag or a pop-up window.
All the necessary tools are provided for moving around the map and customizing the display. Shortcuts to focused map views are also provided from the tabular display pages.
There is also a weather mode in which METAR elements for airports are displayed on the map.
And there are much more convenient things on this map display like drawing all routes inbound/outbound of an airport, marking selected flights etc.

Selected Details Display
If the above are not enough for your needs, then you can define yourself what you want to be displayed. You can define your selection criteria from an easy to use input screen. The selection criteria might include : matching user names or callsigns, airlines (r/w or virtual), aircraft registration codes by country, ATC positions set by country, FIR/ARTCC or individually, origin and/or destination of flights set by country, FIR/ARTCC or individual airports.
Multiple selection definitions can be saved and recalled anytime from a drop-down list.

Flight Details Window
In any of the "All Pilots", "Country Details", "FIR/ARTCC Details", " Airport Details" or "Selected Details" displays,  clicking on a pilot's row will display a window with detailed information about the flight including both flight plan information (flight type, aircraft code and description, route, flight level, filed cruising speed, comments) and actual flight data (flight progress bar, distances from origin and destination, closest airport to current location, estimated arrival time, altitude, ground speed and squawk code)
According to the callsign that is used, ServInfo will also display the airline name (r/w or virtual), logo (acting as a hyperlink to Virtual Airlines website) and voice (radio) callsign, or the aircraft registration country and flag.
Additional airline codes, names and logos can be easily added by the user.

ATC Details Window (ATIS display)
In any of the "All Controllers", "Country Details", "FIR/ARTCC Details", " Airport Details" or "Selected Details" displays,  clicking on a controller's row will bring up a window which displays the controller's ATIS and the details of the RW channel the controllers is connected to.
From this window you can also lauch the application used for voice communications (RW or TeamSpeak) and join the controllers channel with a simple button click.

Network Servers Display & Performance
This page lists the names, locations and number of users connected for all the VATSIM or IVAO network servers that are online. Here you can "ping" any single server or a selected number of servers at once, and get their response times in a color-coded display. Ping parameters (number of tries, packet size, time-out limit and color ranges) are customizable. Servers IP addresses are listed and can also be exported to an "ipaddr.txt" file ready for use with SquawkBox of ProController

Voice Channels Display
For the standard voice servers that are used for communication between pilots and controllers in various regions, information about the channels in use and the users connected in each channel can be displayed in a tree structured format. The servers list is downloaded along with the other data and is automatically updated when new servers are added. When possible channel names are "translated" to ATC position descriptions
From this display page you can also lauch the application used for voice communications (RW or TeamSpeak) and join a selected channel with a simple button click.

Get current weather information through METAR and TAF reports
ServInfo can display METAR reports for any airport, country or region. These reports reflect the actual weather data currently in effect at the VATSIM or IVAO network. METAR reports can be requested either from the "airports details" page (showing weather at the selected airport in this page), or through a separate window which can float minimized on your desktop and be consulted anytime you wish.
In this window you can request metar reports by ICAO code or group reports listing together all the stations in a country or region. The weather source might be VATSIM or IVAO network, or you can get the most current weather obtained from NOAA. Multiple METAR requests can also be issued at once in the form of LGAV/LGIR/LGTS/LGRP etc.
Additonally you can also request TAF reports (forecasts) for a single airport. Both METARs and TAFs are decoded in the lower part of the window as you browse through the report lines displayed on the top part of the window. The Remarks section is not decoded, but a list of abbreviations can be consulted on a button click, including explanations and example of use for the most common elements found in the Remarks section of (mainly USA) METARs.
METAR and TAF reports lines may iclude icons to indicate weather elements that exceed specific user defined limits (strong winds, reduced visibility, low ceiling, rain, snow thunderstorm). The METAR lines can also be sorted by the values of these elements, or sent to the printer.

Additional Functionality when ServInfo is Minimized as a System Tray Icon
ServInfo can be minimized as an icon on the system tray and be handled from there by a right-click popup menu without having to switch windows. Loading or refreshing of network data, refreshing of RW voice servers data, options for automatic reloading, notification options restoring and exiting ServInfo can be handled from this popup menu. The icon changes color depending on ServInfo status and displays on a hint tag information about the contained data (network and time)
This menu will also display as items in submenus the basic details of seleceted ATC positions, flights & pilots that are online and ATC positions that are within communication range when FS is running.
Clicking on these items ServInfo can perform some useful actions :
For an ATC station within range it will tune the FS COM1 frequency and/or join the controllers voice channel, or display the controller's ATIS
For a selected ATC position it will display the airport of FIR details page
For a selected flight it will display the flight details window.

Take ServInfo with you in the cockpit when you fly online!
A ServInfo gauge is provided that can be installed on any aircraft's panel (an installation program is also included).
When ServInfo is running this gauge will list all ATC positions that are within communication range and also any additional ATC positions that you have defined in ServInfo.
From this gauge you can also easily switch to ATC voice channels and tune your COM1 frequency and also check the controllers ATIS.
The ServinfoGauge is compatible with FS2002 and FS2004, but also a separate version that can be used with FS2000 is provided.

Make ServInfo Notify you about ATC Positions when you Fly with FS or at any time
You can define a list of individual ATC positions that you want ServInfo to watch for you. When any of these positions comes on line or closes ServInfo will notify you.
If, at that time, you are running FS (98, 2000 or 2002) notification will come within your FS window as a standard FS message (like the ATIS messages in FS). You also have the option to get notification messages through pop-up windows. And the tray icon menu will list anytime all the defined ATC positions that are online

Useful Tools
Servinfo includes an ICAO code finder/browser form which you can search by code or text for any country, airport, FIR/ARTCC or airline (r/w or virtual) in the ServInfo database. Or you can just browse the database by country-FIR/ARTCC-airport. All the details of the selected items are displayed

Also included is a World Time Clock which can show the time for up to 6 locations (UTC time, local time, time at the currently selected airport in the Airport Details Page + time at 3 user defined locations. Daylight Saving times are taken into account.

Customize ServInfo to your Needs
Most things are customizable in ServInfo. You can decide which countries, FIRs, ARTCCs and airports you want to show in the button sets (flags icons are also provided for more than 70 countries), you can change the display colors and fonts, select how ServInfo starts up (size & position, column widths, initial page), hide or show "robot pilots", set the ping parameters, set proxy settings, set notification options, set weather display and printing options, ask ServInfo to give you a warning when the downloaded data are outdated by a predefined amount of time, set options for automatic data loading, set parameters for ServInfo to be able to display information for any other network, besides VATSIM and IVAO and more...
