Thanks to each and every one of you who has contributed in some way to the development of this FAQ. You will see some areas where there is information on a subject by more than one person. In some cases, one may disagree with the other on a particular point. Where these disagreements are important to be aware of, I have inserted a note calling your attention to this. The only editing I have done is grammatically for easier reading. I have tried to give acknowledgment when the author of any of these tips and tidbits is known.
