Of all the things needed for bush flying, it is the aircraft that should be the center of your search, but with FS2002 you need not search too far, as the default Cessna Caravan Amphibian frankly is a pretty good start. For those of you that prefer something a bit different, well, the freeware examples of aircraft useable for bush flying is rather long and nearly all listed here are available from the AVSIM library (for those aircraft that aren't in the AVSIM library, I have noted the website library where they can be found). I have also tried to provide a thumbnail screenshot of each of the listed aircraft (I have included helicopters as well):
