The AVSIM 2004 Convention and Exhibition!
AVSIM Online is pleased to announce that in conjunction with United Airlines, the 2004 annual conference and exhibition will be held September 17th, 18th, and 19th in Denver, Colorado. The venue is the Denver DoubleTree Hotel and the United Airlines Training Center (located just across the street from the hotel). During this event, attendees will be able to fly in the United Airlines simulators which include the A320/A319, 747-400, 737-300, 777 and 757/767 full motion simulators. Concurrent exhibitions and paper sessions will be held at the hotel venue. As usual at the AVSIM Convention, a Friday night social will be held, with a dinner and awards banquet on Saturday night. At the banquet AVSIM will present its coveted BRAVO ZULU awards recognizing contributors to our hobby. During exhibition hours you will be able to see the latest offerings from dozens of software and hardware manufacturers that are involved in the flight simulation hobby.
This year's event promises to be the largest and most widely attended flight simulation happening in the U.S. and the largest AVSIM Conference ever! So don't delay, confirm your exhibition space today!

If you are registering through PayPal, you will NOT receive a receipt. Your receipt is the order confirmation given to you by PayPal at the time it accepts your payment. Print this out and bring it with you to the Convention registration desk upon arrival at the hotel.
EXHIBITION PACKAGES:
As an exhibitor, you have two choices of packages; a ten foot booth space, or a twenty foot booth space (if you need more space, please contact us at srstaff@avsim.com).
With a 10 foot booth space reservation, you receive two tickets to all AVSIM events (the social, Saturday night awards banquet and papers session), and banner advertising on both our web site front page, the exhibition and conference handbook and any hanging banners and placards in and around the conference area and hotel.
If you elect to reserve a 20 foot booth space, you receive all the above plus an additional event ticket for a total of three for your staff and crew.
What's new for this year? This year we will have local computer assistance and resources for rentals and exhibit needs. The venue is a large conference venue selected specifically for its convention orientation and proximity to the UAL Training Center. Setup will be all day on Friday, the 17th of September. Tear down will commence at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday the 19th. As with all previous years, AVSIM will host an exhibitor's and VIP lounge the entire weekend.
Payment: This year we are allowing payment for booth space via PayPal. If you would prefer to use regular mail or other method, you can do so by addressing your payment to the address at the bottom of this page. In addition, we have made it easier for exhibitors this year by allowing you to make registration a two payment process. See the choices below. Note that you can also pay all in one payment if you so choose.
