Exhibitor Packages: With a booth/table reservation, you receive tickets to all AVSIM events (the Friday night cocktail party, Saturday night awards banquet and paper sessions) for yourself and up to 3 staff members, banner advertising on both our AVSIM 2007 Conference & Exhibition website sponsors page, the handbook and on any hanging banners and placards in and around the conference area and hotel. Setup will begin at 1:00 pm on Friday, the 9th of November. Tear down will commence at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday the 11th. As with all previous years, AVSIM will host an exhibitor's and VIP lounge throughout the weekend. Payment: Again this year we are allowing payments for booth space via PayPal / Google Checkout. If you would prefer to use regular mail or other method, see the section below - Registration by Check or Money Order. Note: the Conference Manager is away on Holiday 29 Sep-26 Oct, please contact Matt Johnson with any vendor questions. |

Note to Vendors: Matrox, the makers of the Digital TripleHead2Go, have agreed to supply AVSIM will a number of sample copies to lend to the vendors again this year. If you are interested in showing your products on 3 monitors and would like to have access to one of these little black boxes, please let the Conference Manager know and we'll supply it to you during your set-up. | |

Registration by Check or Money Order: If you wish to register by check or money order, you can do so by sending a personal/business check or money order to Kathryn Whitwell, Treasurer, at the following address. Be sure to indicate on the check the event(s) that you are registering for and provide us your EMAIL address so that we can send you a confirmation that we have received your payment!
