December 26, 2003 - With the permission of the author, David Dunlap, I would like to share with you David's own personal account of September 11, 2001. David was the first officer aboard Delta Flight 1989 that departed Boston's Logan airport directally behind American Flight 11 and United Flight 175. Its a chilling account and one we should never forget. Read the STORY HERE.

December 25, 2003 - Merry Christmas to all...............................

December 15, 2003 - My good friend, Les Hock, came up with a stellar idea for the simulator. See all about it HERE.

December 12, 2003 - Well other than a few minor cosmetic blemishes, construction on the Transition is complete. In fact, I have finished
programming the entire simulator except for a few minor items.
GO HERE and see.

September 30, 2003 - WELL, HERE WE GO AGAIN! This past weekend I attended the Avsim conference in Reading,
Pennsylvania and finally had the great pleasure to meet Mr. Enrico Schiratti, author and founder of the great
Project Magenta
software. During one of our conversations, Enrico advised me that he is going to pursue creating software to model the
Boeing 757/767-300 as I have been prompting him to do for sometime. The Boeing 757-767-300 flight deck differs from the
767-400 which we are modeling now. The 757-767-300 is part glass cockpit and part gauges. You can see the comparisons
HERE.

Ok, I know many are thinking....... "But your taking a step backwards". And in reality that would be correct. However, as Dave
and I eluded early on in this project back in the late 90's, our favorite aircraft is the Boeing 757. The reason we had upgraded
to the 767-400 was merely to accomodate the Project Magenta software that by far exceeds any other instrument package
available to civilian consumers in the world.

Now that Enrico has decided to adopt software for the 75/767-300, we are definitely going to take advantage of it.
Besides, it is definitely more challenging to model this aircraft than it is the much cleaner and "less busy" 767-400.

The decision has been made and we are dead set serious on making the change. Last night, I spent 7 hours readying
the simulator for the change. Take a
PEEK here to see the results.

Our main instrument panel is in the design stages as I speak. We are going to take advantage of the awesome work
being done by Peter Cos at
flightdecksolution.com. I had the great opportunity to meet and chat with Peter at the Avsim
conference as well as to listen to company spokesmen Ron Wiens speak during one of the paper sessions. Peter's work
is spectacular. I have many real Boeing light plates and the ones Peter is developing are similar in many ways. We hope
to have the entire MIP and gauges in our possession within 8-10 days.

In the meantime, we have created a page titled the " TRANSITION of A SIMULATOR" which will document the entire
progress of this radical change.

One last comment. You may be wondering. Are we going to model the 757 or 767-300? The answer is both. The 757
and 767-300 share a extremely similar flight deck so much that pilots are normally certified in both aircraft due to the
similarities. This way we can fly either one by merely loading the flight dynamics for the chosen aircraft.

September 29, 2003 - This past weekend I had the great opportunity to travel to Reading, Pennsylvania and attend the
2003 AVSIM conference. I met a host of great folks in the flight simulation arena. I also had the chance to meet some
of the folks who have purchased our Cockpit Video version 1. Howard Latiolais of Louisiana and I spent much time
sharing ideas on our simualtors. Another great guy, Phillip Rauch, of New York stopped by our booth with his son
Jonathon. Jonathon's a great kid! -Phil, I really enjoyed our chat and look forward to seeing pictures of your simulator as they develop.

February 28, 2003 - Having been overwhelmed with requests to see more AVI's of our simulator, we have decided to
make available to everyone a 45 minute video in DVD format. The movie, produced similar to real flights offered by
JUSTPLANES, will feature Dave and I flying the simulator during a flight from Chicago O'Hare International Airport to
Toronto-Pearson International Airport. The flight will feature us departing at dusk and arriving at dark and will include
up close and detailed explanations of our simulator instruments and controls. Plus great footage of our new visual system.
The filming has already taken place and is now in the editing stage of completion. Please check back as we will have
much more detailed information about the movie VERY SOON.......................... Anticipated release date around
mid March.

January 15, 2003 - We had an honored quest fly in to see and assist in our project. Mr. Ralph Robinson of
R&R Electronics, spent 2 1/2 days helping us convert from Epic ISA to Epic USB. Several pictures of the simulator
partially operating have been posted
HERE.

Ralph takes time out from programming to toss us a smile. Ralph programmed several of the complicated systems in our 767 overhead panel including the IRS unit. In addition, he tackled many other issues such as autopilot displays and logic. In the second picture you can see Ralph became good friends with our dog Kelsey. We joked that Kelsey was there to assure Ralph didnt get away before the job was done! :)

April 12, 2002 - The "King" of home built simulators returned to help ready us after our long transition period to the 767-400.
James Price flew in again last week from San Franscisco and spent two days writing code for the simulator. And I mean
2 days. In a 48 hour period, we slept a mere 6 hours. We are now a stone throw away from taking to the air again. Some
minor lamp and programming fixes remain. We cant express enough our sincere thanks for all the professional help that
James has lent to our project.
