January 9, 2000

On January 1, 2000, PROJECT 757 officially became PROJECT 767. With the recent upgrade of our panel to an all glass type, Dave and I chose to rename our project and to now model the Boeing 767-400 Extended Range version. We are excited about the change since we will now be taking advantage of Enrico Shiratti's awesome PFD software package. PFD takes flight simulation to the next level. Its just about as real as you can get without forking out millions for a real simulator. Any way, here are some of the lastest pictures of our project shot on 01/12/2000. As you can see, the analog gauges of the older 757 have been replaced with CRT screens for the 767. Currently, our CRT's are scaled down quite a bit since were still using 14 inch monitors in the panel. However, this will change soon enough as we upgrade those also to 17 inch. Additionally, we have added what appears to be a lavatory directally behind the Captain's seat. All though this in fact will appear as a lavatory from the outside, it actually houses all of the electronics and computers inside. MORE TO COME SOON..............
