TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
ADVERTISERS:
- All advertising is automatically accepted and will be put in rotation immediately upon depositing of funds to the AVSIM SimWords System.
- Ads will be relevant to flight simulation, simulation related topics, hardware, etc.
- Ads which are deemed not to be appropriate in the sole judgement of AVSIM or its staff, will be removed.
- Ads which are posted that contain adult material, profanity, pornography or any content which in the opinion of AVSIM is offensive to its readers will be removed, and all deposited funds forfeited. No refunds will be provided.
PUBLISHERS (AFFILIATES):
- Publishers (also known as affiliates) who are found to be artificially inflating their click throughs will be banned and NO payment for click throughs will be provided.
- Publishers must have a PAYPAL account. All payments for affiliated click throughs will ONLY be made via PayPal to the publisher's registered email via PayPal.
- Publishers will only be paid when their account reaches $25.00 USD. Payments will only be made during the first week of each calendar month if that threshold is achieved.
- Publisher accounts will continue to accrue funds until the $25.00 threshold is achieved.
