Go into the PMDG Operations Center and for that specific aircraft you can edit its options.  Turn OFF the VC yoke checklist.

 

Goldstar actually paints a checklist on the yoke that will interfere with the optional checklist PMDG paints on the yoke.

Yep -

Just turn off the Captain and FO checklist in the OPS Centre or in the FMC Equipment options in the sim itself!
