When you create a new account, a validation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address used in your registration. We have seen many cases where the e-mail provider erroneously places the validation e-mail into the users junk/spam mail folder so please check that folder first for the validation e-mail.
The validation e-mail was definitely sent. Our system does not make mistakes. The validation e-mail is either in your junk mail folder or you accidentally misspelled your e-mail address. In this case, contact us using the form under the "Contact Us" tab above and ask for assistance.
Please validate your account as soon as possible as new accounts that have not been validated after an hour or more will be removed and you will have to attempt to create the account again.
