FSL A320 now generally available

Recommended Posts

The FSL installers installed the A320 into my FSX-MS and my FSX-SE simultaneously.

FSX-SE is my secondary sim with only a couple of addons in it. VAS usage and fps with the FSL A320 are amazing and FSX-SE is only between 5 and 7.50 bucks during Steam sales. That's pretty inexpensive and only a fraction of the upcoming FSL upgrade price from FSX to P3D.

I still have to check out the A320 performance in my primary, overloaded FSX-MS, but I am very hopeful.

I was an early adopter and I can recommend this wholeheartedly! It's a work of art!

Ready to hit the buy button, but it would be great to have confirmation from FSL that buying the FSX version now + P3D upgrade later, will not work out more expensive than waiting and buying the full P3D version.

Definitely going to buy this one, it has been a long time since something great like this was released. And only having to pay the price difference for P3D version is a great policy, charging twice for a product that is to a high degree identical, like some other developers do, simply isn't very fair IMO.

It's amazing how much add on aircraft have progressed in terms of features and quality over the last few years. This really sets the bar from my point of view.

Its amazing how PMDG charged use all full price again for there NG and 777 in P3D and FSL can offer " you pay the difference and have a licence for both" Shame on PMDG.

What made that even worse was the NG all but a small problem worked fine in P3D.

I will buy the FSL over the 747v2.

PMDG's Boeings are officially licensed, the FS Labs A320 is not, maybe that makes a difference?

Either way, shame on making P3D users pay a lot more for the same product being sold for FSX.

Stupid question:  Quickly scanned  the FSLabs A320 Manuals - cannot find any mention of passenger cabin lighting - can they be turned on/off, is it automatic, or non-existent?

Purchased, but 15-17 fps, very hard on frames - even with DX10

Will have to start tweaking again since all my skills left me when I went to P3D/X-Plane

Is anyone using this in 1440p or higher?  I know the Concorde had serious VAS issues (even in P3dv3) at resolutions above 1080p, and I see the purchase page for the A320 recommends no higher than 1080p again...wondering if it's an issue with this aircraft too.
