QSimPlanner nav data folder

Recommended Posts

Anyone using QSimPlanner? I was looking for an alternative to TOPCAT because I fly for United Virtual so there's a lot of 739 operation involved but TOPCAT doesn't support the -900. Also, I'm not sure if I trust TOPCAT's takeoff calculations for the -800, they seem a bit off...

I found QSimPlanner and it seems to be a very good tool. I just don't have any idea how to add the navdata folder. It says I can use Navigraph's FMS Data but what folder do I select?

Microsoft Flight Simulator | PMDG 737 for MSFS | Fenix A320 | www.united-virtual.com | www.virtual-aal.com | Ryzen 9 7950X3D | Kingston Fury Renegade 32 GB | RTX 3090 MSI Suprim X | Windows 11 Pro | HP Reverb G2 VR HMD

In the portable version, go to the preference folder and open the options.xml file. Then paste the location of your AIRAC in between the two headings that say database path.

<DatabasePath>C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\aerosoft\Airbus_Fallback\NavDataPro</DatabasePath>

It should look something like this.
