Weather Hunters International is a privately held virtual corporation. Every employee should feel he is part of the WHI "team" and should feel free to bring all questions, comments, criticisms, and/or recommendations to the Senior Staff.
Listed here are the members of the management team. Included is the minimum rank required for the post and Callsign assigned to that officer.
Senior Staff
Composed of the Director and three Deputy Directors, the Senior Staff also acts as the corporate Board of Directors. In that capacity, they act as the overall administrative body for Weather Hunters International VA.
- Director of Airline/Meteorological Operations
Chuck Boudreaux Commander/Founder WH10D
The director serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He oversees all WHI Divisions and works closely with the Meteorological Experts and Meteorology Division on long- and short-term asset deployment.
- Deputy Director of Operations - Meteorology Division
Maury Pratt Commander/Charter WH20M
The Meteorology Division handles all meteorological and logistics activities for WHI and also serves as the overall administrative arm of the corporation. The Deputy Director - Meteorology is a Board of Directors member and coordinates the interaction of Meteorology Division staff and Meteorological Experts. He also oversees the Logistics Coordinators.
- Deputy Director of Operations - Technology Division
Mike Putnam Commander/Charter WH20T
The Technology Division is responsible for the development, testing and installation of all technology for the Central Command Complex, all Operations Centers and the aircraft of the WHI fleet. It also develops training information for any new technologies. The Deputy Director - Technology is a Board of Directors member and coordinates with the Meteorology Division for ground based technology, the Fleet Division for airborne technology and provides the Training Coordinator with newly developed training materials.
- Deputy Director of Operations - Fleet Division
Robert Kirkland Commander/Charter WH20F
The Fleet Division is responsible for all of the aircraft, onboard flight systems, data acquisition, ground units and maintenance of the WHI fleet. It also develops training information for pilot training. The Deputy Director - Fleet is a Board of Directors member and coordinates with the Technology Division to ensure the lag between technology development and operational use is minimized. He also provides the Training Coordinator with training materials on any new aircraft or cockpit additions.
Administrative Staff
Composed of the various Logistics Coordinators, the Administrative Staff handles the day-to-day implementation of policy provided by the Board of Directors. These staff members are also the liaison between the pilots and the Senior Staff. Having the latest and greatest technology, charts and maps, aircraft checklists and such means nothing if it cannot get into the hands of pilots. The Logistics Coordinators ensure Operations Centers, Mobile Staging Areas and pilots always have the most up to date information and equipment possible.
- Logistics Coordinator - Northern Hemisphere
Francois Dumas Senior Captain WH40N
The Logistics Coordinator - Northern Hemisphere handles the materials needs for all of the WHI Operations Centers and Mobile Staging Areas situated north of the Equator and outside the Polar regions. He works closely with the Senior Staff and Ground Staff to make sure all needs are being addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Logistics Coordinator - Southern Hemisphere
Miro Majcen Senior Captain WH40S
The Logistics Coordinator - Southern Hemisphere handles the materials needs for all of the WHI Operations Centers and Mobile Staging Areas situated south of the Equator and outside the Polar regions. He works closely with the Senior Staff and Ground Staff to make sure all needs are being addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Logistics Coordinator - Special Projects
Pardave Lehry Senior Captain WH40P
The Logistics Coordinator - Special Projects handles the materials needs for all of the WHI Special Projects and Polar Operations. He also works closely with the Senior Staff and Project Coordinators to ensure that special needs of these often complex operations are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Logistics Coordinator - Personnel & Training
Mark Roberts Senior Captain WH40T
The Logistics Coordinator - Personnel & Training handles the initial testing and conversion of other VA hours for new pilot applicants, as well as the testing required for promotions, qualification to move to new Basins, and certification in aircraft types as required for more complex missions.
- Logistics Coordinator - Computing & Technology
Matt Johnson Senior Captain WH40C
The Logistics Coordinator - Computing & Technology handles the design, development and implementation of the software and hardware needs of the various WHI Divisions. He works hand in hand with the Senior Staff to meet the constantly changing technology needs facing the organization.
Operations Center Staff
The Operations Center Staff consists of the Basin Flight Directors and Basin Deputy Directors. They are the liaison between the pilots and the Senior and Administrative Staff. These individuals process pilot Mission bids, make Flight Tasking assignments, and process and evaluate pilot reports. They also prepare fitness reports to Senior Staff supporting pilot promotions.
These positions must be earned and will go to the pilots showing the greatest commitment to the goals and policies of the airline. The positions carry the rank of Captain, but may be appointed by Senior Staff prior to the pilot achieving that rank. Prior to pilots having adequate time to demonstrate their talents, Senior Staff members will fill in as Acting Basin Flight Directors. Every effort will be made to move pilots into these positions as soon as possible.

Pilot Promotion - Captain WH##B
A Basin Flight Director will be appointed for each of the active BOCs. The functions of this position are similar to those of Hub Managers at conventional VAs. Each Basin Flight Director is responsible for maintaining their respective Center Operations web page, including moderating News reports.

Pilot Promotion - Captain WH##B
A Basin Deputy Director will be appointed for each of the active BOCs. The functions of this position are similar to those of Assistant Hub Managers at conventional VAs. Each Deputy Director performs such duties as directed by his Basin Flight Director.
