  1. In the last couple of weeks, I have been flying nothing but the Fenix, now up to about 16 flights. The two biggest complaints I had, which kept me from flying it, was the ground handling on takeoff and the PFD brightness at the top of the screen. From reading on their discord page, I solved the erratic takeoff centerline problem. It was easy once I discovered that full forward on the sidestick, until you get to around 90 knots, and now I can hold the centerline with no problem. The second issues isn't solved yet, but I got an email from their tech support this morning, they are aware of the brightness issue and are currently working on a fix. 😃 =
  2. It's obvious that you don't like Active Sky, so why do you keep posting on the threads about it?
  3. I personally knew two CFIs that got killed in that aircraft, one of them with his wife. I stayed far away from it.
  4. And if people are going to evaluate the program it would be nice if they actually owned it, instead of trying to imagine what it does.
  5. Most of these Youtubes are full of word not allowed. especially the ones that live stream and spend half the time buttering up to their viewers.
  6. You forgot the last Fact, AS look's a heck of a lot better than default weather in MSFS.
  7. I guess it would depend on the weather at the time at 20,000+
  8. Yeah, it looked great there, but I kept getting the same airports over and over, so moved to AA. I have 610 flights now with A Pilots Life..
  9. I don't make videos, someone makes them, let them post them. 😉
  10. Approaching Charleston, weather is getting icky.
  11. Here is another shot about 30 miles later.
  12. Here is a screen shot I just took flying from KMIA to KCHS. I am over an overcast of CU clouds, but if you look at the upper left of the screen, I see an area of clearing skies. So much for the same weather everywhere. Active SKy Presets on.
  13. Yes, but something happened when I tried to post it, so I just forgot about it.
