Run-time error '76

I'm getting a error constantly now. It just started today. It says "Run-Time error '76: RadarContact.fsuipc.rcv4code"What does this mean? More importantly, how can I fix it?Thanks.Art

if it is vista, run rc by right mouse clicking the .exe or shortcut, and then clicking run as administratoralso, be sure the path to where fs stores it's .flt and .wx files are defined in rc. click the .flt/.wx button, and navigate to the path, and click okjd
