August 7, 200322 yr Dear PMDG,I found that using FS2004 the taxi lights are okay but feel a little too bright still, but the landing lights are blinding, I cannot even see the runway. I do have the taxi lights off when I use the landing lights. Is there a way to do this or get rid of the belly lights and just have them for show in extenal view without producing any ground lights? The last question is that the cabin lights only are on when the landing lights are on at night. Cabin lights should be bright during climb, cruise and descent and then dim when takeoff and landing. Can you change this so it is on just like the logo lights are on. Thank you very much, Waiting to hear from you [email protected]

August 7, 200322 yr Commercial Member I really wish Microsoft would model real lighting - it looks to me light you're not actually putting a light source into the world but rather the lights are some kind of transparanent texture that gets thrown out in front of the plane - really doesn't light anything up and make it easier to see, just washes everything out.Ryan Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
August 7, 200322 yr Commercial Member Hi guys.Yes, there are two issues with the landing lights that we noticed with fs2004. 1) too bright, 2) belly lights dont deploy. We are waiting for the SDK for FS9 to try to tweak some of these issues. We'll get them squared away.. but it might be a bit.VinPMDGwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.vinscimone.com/dancnkid.gif Vin Scimone Precision Manuals Development Group www.precisionmanuals.com
