"...or if you care to say any words about them?"Basically, Tord, the Bulfer manuals are the "bible's" of FMC users. If something is not in these manuals, they are (almost) not worth worrying about. Basically, Hardy Heinlin used the manual to programme PS1's FMC (with a little help from his offsiders, of course ;-)).The NG book has about 300 pages of pictures and text, the Big Boeing book (757, 767, 747-400 and 777) has probably a similar amount these days (my edition is quite old now).The books list the shortfalls of various FMC types and even bugs. The Advanced Techniques section towards the back of the book is a real eye-opener. Engine failures is towards the front... in the "beginners" section :-) It may not give a button push sequence for every situation, but I'm sure you'll get by.The only drawback is that the associated forum, "Bluecoat", is strictly for real pilots and engineers.Anyway, hope this helps (if I tell you any more about using the manuals with PS1, we'll be a little off-topic ;-)).Cheers.Ian.
