December 14, 200322 yr Hey everyone!Hop all you lucky enough to have got on the update are enjoying it!Just wondering though, I havn't changed my email address from when I bought the product yet I still don't have the link :'(. Should I send an email to updateme now or just sit here and twiddle my thumbs and wait even though it's past 0500Z? I just don't think I can face getting out all my paperwork and finding the data.Just wondering though - is there anyone else in Australia with bigpond? Do you guys think it might be their email server playing up again or the new spam filter they just introduced x(? Thanks alot! ;)Liam
December 14, 200322 yr Commercial Member Liam-Could be a number of things playing into that- not the least of which is ISP problems..If I were a betting man, however- i'd check your spam filter if you have one- we have heard from some folks that their spam filter grabbed the email becuase of the manner in which we sent out the many many email that had to be sent..If that isn't the solution- just drop an email to [email protected] anyway- and it will trigger at least two eyeballs looking at your account....RSR Robert S.
