Nigel (and Scott),My best guess is that Flashget does not support the "?" in the download URL. If you look at the url you will see bla.bla.bla/download.asp?filename=etc.etc.etc.The trouble may be that flashget ignores the arguments behind the "?" (which are quite important). Have you tried copy/paste of the full download URL into flashget? Alternatively try "Download Accelerator". That one works...Cheers,Johan

Thanks Johan,I tried DA but got no-where. The full URL does appear in flashget, including the filenameMaybe it's a case of renaming it. Then again I haven't got it to start yet!! :)Maybe it's the position of the planets that is causing problems. Has anyone checked Uranus lately? :)ScottYBTL

Scot,Mine worked just fine using FlashGet this is wat I did:First click the link you recievied in your e-mail. Then when you get to the link, wich says your're authorised, right click it, select download using FlashGet. A new window pops-up with all kinds of options, then fill PMDG_737_THE_NEXT_GENERATION.ZIP where it says "rename:" and set the "split file" to 1. Click OK.You may want to tweak some connection settings in the option page, set "Retry Delay" to 5 seconds, dont want to hammer server!!!Thats it.Goodluck!Onno
