Likewise, just finished the complete, uncorrupted download at 78.2 KB/Sec (768 DSL line). I used FlashGet that someone else suggested because I believed that DAP (Unregistred version) was trying to make 4 connections with each attempt to download and would only connect with one, so would only retrive 25% of the file. Now to delete Ver. 1.1 and get flying again.Thanks for all the work guys, like you said earlier, I am sure it was worth the wait....and the 800/900 will be ready by next weekend right :-laugh1Steve ParkKSDF

I used DAP7 Registered. It made 4 connections as you said and they all worked. I couldnt reduce the number. Like you I was worried about it but it seemed to be ok.RegardsNigel

Just downloaded it using internet explorer (no download accelerator). Got the full file in one go and uncorrupted too. Time to install!!Aaron-oOo-

Nigel,I have a registered version of DAP 5.6 on another broadband connection and really like it, however, I was just trying to be fair to all the other frustrated folks trying to get this release and not take up four slot's. If PMDG did infact limit the server to only 200 connections, then only 50 folks using DAP could connect. And to tell you the truth, I don't think that 4 connection's make any difference in the download speed anyway.And for the spyware, there is also a great program (free-donation ware) called SpyBot that clean's DAP and other spyware from computers pretty well. Update's like virus program so always on top of the latest schemes.Steve ParkKSDF
