Hey IZ, see you still like flying along at 757 speeds ;)

Yeah, gotta have at least point-eight!! :) Normal cruise speed for us on the 737 is usually around .792 anyway.

Arming SB prior to T/O will give you takeoff warning. Simulated correctly by PMDG.Pulling throttles back to idle during takeoff run will activate RTO. Next: Operating reverse thrust will chick SB lever into armed pos - deploying spoiler panels.Speedbrake do not arm light may be steady on. Meaning what it says. A warning to pilots that there is something wrong with the system, the spoilers may extend if you put lever in armed pos - so leave it in down detent!A significant difference between classic and NG - If NG airborne sense ground for ground spoilers (ground spoilers may extend in air = crash) the takeoff warning will be activated. Guess a not well trained pilot will assume that there is something wrong with takeoff warning -since it is activated in air, and just pull the C/B!eker

That's what I get for listening to a certain pilot and not looking at the AOM UGH. I stand corrected so to save face here (pretty hpeless task mind you) DREEMFLEET made the light lightup for the speedbrakes extension.... UGH (Anyone see my ROCK?) [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Eker, that's not completely true about the ground spoilers. They can easily extend in the air, just pull the lever back over the flight detent (without crashing even :) ).
