PMDG crashing to desktop during flight

Hello PMDG and fellow simmers,I've been reading the topic regarding the sim crashing to desktop during the selection of the aircraft before the flight. I have also experienced this problem and read that selecting the default FS aircraft (Cessna) solves this problem, yes it does, however this gets a little bit more complicated.Ok, I select Cessna and then 737-700 from the aircraft list (I can put up with this) everything is fine up until approximately 75nm from the departure, the sim crashes directly to the desktop. Unfortunately this only happens to the 737NG, all other aircraft works fine. Initially I thought the problem was related to the ActiveSky2004 since I just recently purchased it, however after reading the other thread and trying to fly without AS2004 on, it also happens. I have the newest AIRAC and still the same. Currently I found the solution to the problem, I took your panel and I'm using it with FFX B737-400 - NO PROBLEMS. I like your aircraft, especially all the features included in the SU2 but what happens now is just beyond my knowledge. Please help.Regards,Jacek Gawecki

Jaceck,Try going in to the folder where your FS9.cfg file is located (C/Documents&settings/Owner/Microsoft/FS9). Inside this folder is your .cfg file and an aircarft folder with a asaved state for every aircraft in your Main FS Aircraft folder. Try deleting the state files from the all 3 PMDG 737 folders in the Aircraft folders and then see if the problem persists. Alright, I did everything you've told me to. There's one change, when I choose your aircraft at the start up it doesn't crash to desktop anymore, however the sim freezes and at the error window I get a problem with pmdgoptions.dll and then of course my HD goes nuts. Also, please explain to me what is Scenery CTD and how come this doesn't happen to any other default or addon aircraft? I strongly feel that this shouldn't happen with a $40 addon. Paul, please don't take this personally but I think that this whole thing is totally unacceptable, I shouldn't have to screw around with deleting files or fly only in the summer. I have a feeling that PMDG has screwed something up along the process of development and please, stop blaming this on MS, this also goes to all the beta testers that were testing the SU2. I don't know why in the world this doesn't work the way it should, you guys are the experts on this and I'm just seeking a well working addon. Paul, again I appreciate all your help and you shouldn't take this personally but I think the whole team should look into the existing problems. Why? I put blame where the blame deserves to be placed, the FALL TEXTUERS is the only example thus far towards MS, this was surely not limited to flying the 737, all one needs to do is look the thread up on the main forum to see it IS a MS problem. One *other* CTD was because of a corrupted FSUIPC file. One for the previous SAVED FILES. So unlike blaming issues on *everyone* else, we have located these issues, some took a bit longer to locate than others. Not everyone runs the exact systems Jacek, how are we suppose to know what is going on in everyone's coputers unless they tell us? So my point is this, you cannot *lump* all other mentioned CTDs into one issue or even yours. I have been an old customer, however I wasn't using the bird (SU1) too much since it eats my framerates like no other addon aircraft. So I've switched the PMDG panel to FFX 737 and the problems are gone. My specs:Gigabyte MoboP4 2.8 800FSB2G DDR PC3200GForce4 Ti4600 - Nvidia 53.03Seagate SATA 120GbFramrate problem with this bird was from the get go, I really want to like this plane, however since the begining I have all those issues. I'm sorry if I'm harsh on judgment here but it really can get aggrivated if all those problems exist.
