Reinstallation, re-email or re-buy?

Hi PDMG.First - I'm sorry if my question has been asked somewhere else but I couldnt find any post about the subject.My HD crashed and all data have been lost. That means reinstalling everything. Now I want to reinstall your 737NG - I have the original downloaded files that are about 1 year old. I do also have my order ID and password.What do I do now? Should I just reinstalled your 737? And you have just emailed me an update link (14/12/2003)Kind regards, mads

The update link will just update the product (I pressume?) - so do I try to install the original files first or what?And what about the key-machine? Do I just pretend as registrating as if it is the first time?Mads:-)Ps. wow - fast reply... impressed!!

I have now been downloading the new 737-file twice via the link in the PDMG-email. Both times my computer did say it was '...corrupted or invalid' when I try to open it via the XP built-in zip-extraction. Any suggestions?? walle:-)

With me all went without any problem so I assume there is something wrong in your system. Maybe your download is not complete? Try to download it once again. I did not use any download manager or accelerator. Just the normal download and no problem.Wishing you a merry Christmas!Tino
