What kind of performance can I expect with PMDG 737NG?

Recommended Posts

Checking it out and was wondering how people feel about smoothness/frames with this beast. It looks attractive. I am using the Piper Meridian from Flight1 Software so if you can compare to that it would be meaningful. Thanks!Noel

The NG has always been silky-smooth for me. I've never seen her stutter. Frame rates vary from 12 up to 25 or so from the 2d cockpit and spot view. I have my sliders set pretty high but not much AI traffic. Resolution is 1600x1200x32. No weather add-ons and I fly in mostly clear weather.sj MantelKEWRP4 3.2GhzIntel P875PBZ, 800FSB, dual-channel RAM, hyper-threading1Gb Corsair Low Latency PC3200 RAM (512x2)Antec True 480P power supplyATI 9800XT 256Mb RAMMaxtor 120Gb HD 7200 RPM w/OSWestern Digital Raptor 74Gb HD, 10000RPM (only FS9)Saitek X.45 stick/throttle
