PMDG Notification: CG not within tolerance, aircraft unflyable

This is the message i got on takeoff roll when passing 80kts. Im flying the 737 since it was released but I never got this message and I really dont know what it wants me to say. The problem is that the aircraft cannot liftoff with this message. You can pull your stick back to the max but nothing wont happen (trim is set proper for takeoff) - only if you exceed trim to the max updrift you can takeoff. The rest of the flight is without any problems but this message wont never get away...Im really confused. Help!ThxArtEDIT: Im now in cruise and the message has gone but the aircraft banks up and down like its kinda drunken....never seen this before.....

Art,Your pitching up and down and the message is due to your aircraft is loaded incorrectly. The center of gravity (CG) is off limits. Check fuel and load under the aircraft menu in FS and check both fuel weight and load distribution.Hope it helps,

Thanks for your reply.Strange thing as I only loaded aircraft some days ago with no passengers and no cargo. Poss. fuel Load: 46063 lbsThis is how I flew the 737 all the time (until some days ago where i altered it to an emptay aircraft but i set everything back to my old settings)The only thing I did was making a flight with en empty aircraft some days ago but set everything back to old settings (as shown above) and saved it. I just validated the numbers above and they also agree with the Weights which fill in at the FMC.SPOOKY! ArtYour reply confirms my suspicions.Below is your load_stations:station_load.0=900.0, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000//max_gross_weight=153500.000CG_forward_limit=0.133CG_aft_limit=0.330station_load.1=16920.0, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000station_load.2=3294.0, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000station_load.3=3150.0, 0.000, 0.000, 0.000And this is the default load:station_load.0=23000.000, -48.350, 0.000, 1.050The first figure in this row of four is the weight, the second is the offset in along the cabin (X-axis), the third is offset along the wing axis (Y-axis) and the forth is offset in height (Z-axis).The origin for this is at the nose of the aircraft. From the above you can clearly see that all your load weights are located at the nose. Getting heavy in the front? :-)Have you been using any other program for loading than the Load Manager? That can cause this behaviour!Hope it helps,

ArtReplace the three trailing zero numbers (0.000, 0.000, 0.000) with these numbers (-48.350, 0.000, 1.050) in your aircraft.cfg file for all station_loads.According to Lefteris (who did the Load Manager) the LM does not fiddle around with the offsets so something must've happened to yours.Hope it helps,

Excellent. I replaced it by the default ones and everything works perfect as usual.But i swear by my aunts teeth that I would and have never altered anything in something like *.cfg-files. Thats why I buy good payware. I want to concentrate on flying ;)Anyway...thanks so much again for your help - finally im back in the air.Art

The LoadManager is included (if you have choosen to install it when you installed your pmdg). Look at your Flightsim/PMDG folder or in your PMDG-Folder in the windows-Start_menu

Chris,The Load Manager should have automatically installed with the PMDG 737, at least it did in my case.It should be in the Start Menu "Start | PMDG Simulations | LoadManager_FS200X" (X=2 or 4 dependiung on your FS Version". Hi The PMDG 737, works well with me :)I had to put more capacity on the central tank, to make the 737-700 on a BBJ, but when I'm rolling on the runaway a message appears saiing the same to you!!Can you tell me how can I change the CG to the correct??My central tank have 8598, the right and left have 1288 gallons.ThanksDaniel Trist

I did not seem to have this problem with v1.2. I've noticed that the Load Manager version did not change after the patch was installed (mine is still v1.2). So I suspect it's a compatibility issue between the Load Manager and the v1.3 aircraft.I hope there'll be a fix for this problem since it's rather annoying to have to manually edit the aircraft.cfg after reloading the aircraft before every flight.Hope the information I've provided helps you in narrowing down on what the problem may be.Best Regards,Sunny Y. I have this problem as well, and I have tried the above 'solution', but it didn't work. I then used the removal tool and did a fresh install. I then went straight into FS without doing ANY changes, just tried to get the aircraft into the air, but the same message is still there. How can the CG be fubared in a fresh installation? Any help appreciated!P

There are 2 versions of the Load Manager, an FS2002 and a FS2004 version. It might be screwed up if you have either installed the wrong one or have both installed as you use both sims.

I have FS2004 and the Load Manager is version 2004.I get this error on a clean install, btw, without having used the Load Manager or anything else...I get the aircraft in the air even with the error message, and it flies ok. Maybe a bit heavy, as takeoff and landing speeds seem high, but I don't know. But I think this error leads to other problems I'm having.
