Downloading the B1900D with dial up Internet connection...

Hi, PMDG folksAm going to buy the B1900D, but I have a dial up Internet connection. Should I download the 64 MB file without problem with a 56K modem?Thanks in advance.Dirk Trotteyn (SANT)

For a start it is only about 25MB and you can use Download Accelerator to resume of your connection goes down.RegardsRussell Jourdain (NZL007/ZK-RHJ)

During the 24.35 MB file download, DAP worked like this:a) DAP Breaked the file in 4 equal fragments of 6.09 MB.:( When finish downloading the first fragment, DAP sends a message like this:

Yes, the first time I used DAP was with the PMDG 737NG (64Meg) on a dial up and it worked great (silmilar to your experience..).Very nice packages too PMDG !! Keep it up.Craig GeorgeKaiapoiNew Zealand
