Thank's Gosta! I followed your lead, and recived no errors. Do you feel that your downloads are slower with Win-Xp?

Hi Jim,to be honest, I have noticed no difference in speed. It's certainly a lot better than Win98 or Me, which are the Windows versions with which I've used download accelerators regularly, mainly for the resumable download features.I don't really see, how a program could speed up a download - primarily the speed would depend on the connection, distance and bandwidth. Now the program could try to 'cheat' the server by occupying multiple nodes, thus increasing bandwidth. However, this looks like it would be recipe for broken downloads. Cheers,Gosta.http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2betateam.jpg

Just to add for anyone with download questions,I used the Mozilla downloader but when I went to run the Exe. file it was corrupt. Then used the Windows XP downloader and no problems.Just another point here is that I bought and use Get Right for my download manager, is there any reason why it can't be incorporated for future downloads.:-yellow1 :-yellow1 CheersJesper Hansen
