AI Traffic...Scenery

Recommended Posts

Guest

Hi ThereI'm having trouble with AI traffic, i don't know how to add the traffic and use flightplans with afcad. Can someone please tell me how i can get a really busy airspace in my fs2002 scenery. Also i am having trouble with textures.I have an Athlon 900 ,256sdram,64asus geforce 2MXG400,40gb7200rpm hdd and i have framerates about 4-15. I was told that would cause me scenery to dissapear if i had the target framerate up to high.My scenery textures dissapear when i get up high and the autogen goes, all i am left with is some hills and land with very little textures. The textures are big and not detailed.Any info on these 2 problems would be good.Paul Harwoodp.a.harwood@paradise.net.nz

Paul, 1. make sure airlines.cfg in aircraft folder has all available airlines2. get TTools 1.2 and open it, now leave it3. go to pa1 website, download and install the basic installer4. go back to pa1 website and download indivdual installers5. run each individual installerThe installers and TTools will do everything for you. You will see the compiler run each time you use the indivdual installers. Even makes a backup of your traffic.bgl in case you want to go back. It has been said that you must install the Olympic package first, then the British package, and then all others as you want (not sure about this but did it anyway.dek
