737-800 keeps crashing FS

I bought the 738/9 today and sometimes it works normally, but sometimes is crashes FS, when I check the error report to see what crashed it, it says that the G3D.dll did it. Can someone tell me what's wrong.CheersTomi

XP Home Edition, Slovenian Language pack.Should I install SP1 perhaps?
