Hello MarkI had the same problem but it was my fault.My email client has a junk mail softer that "learns" what I consider to be junk. It is ok but still gets false positives. I found the email in my junk mail folder as the sorter thought it was spam. It is a small chance but see if it is in your junk mail folder if you have one, the email is from Precision Manuals.cheers, Nick
