Clayton,You might want to look into FS2Crew for a decent copilot to use with PMDG 737. FS Hotseat has some neat features but in my opinion it

Yes i am well aware of fs2crew and it seems the best so far for my requirements, however the only thing holding me back is the long winded process of going through all the stages and systems, sometimes i may not have the time for that, i just wish it was alot easier,is it possible to get the co-pilot to do most of the checking / turning the switches?people who have it, how much extra time does it take if using this add on in preparing your flight,i fly on vatsim 99% of the time and the time to file a flight plan, setup the fmc, the mcp etc etc takes about 15 mins before im ready for clearance, so im just conscious about the time.
