What are these on the front of the 737? Bug or not??

Featured Replies

I noticed these on the front of one of the 737-800s (BWIA in this case, also saw it on the others) and was wondering what they were.Wasn't sure if these are a bug in the textures or not...Here is a pic. Notice the 2 white lines above the cockpit windows.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/74275.jpgThanks!

Could have something to do with where the decal stickers usually go?, try painting them the same colour :)

I guess you have these labels that go over the windscreen, like the registration letters for MALEV Hungarian Airlines, that you can paint separately from the fuselage. These white lines pretty much stand where that label bmp should go, so this may be either a model or a texture aid for repainters or programmers to know. I would not be surprised if you would find some more of these if you had a single color fuselage and you would look closer.Cheers,

Sorry to shove in on this Shane and it is not related to the white thingos, so apologies. But, the wife wanted to know who is the F/O. (Better than asking questions about wedding arrangements for the Son, while on finals, I thought!!)Clearly, identified that the Captain is good ol'e Mick (as in Mouse), so got that sorted!!Hey, the wife is showing some interest, lets keep it going.RegardsJOck McIntyreYMML
