Express B1900 D HSI and GPS getting Black

Installing and getting a nice repaint went all very well, but each time flying means that after 5 minutes or so the HSI, the GPS and some other instruments get totally black. Reloading the aircraft brings it all back for again 5 minutes. What is going wrong?GZ
