Hello, I had the same problem, turns out the auto-installer from PAI corrupted my aircraft.cfg files. Check those files and replace them manually if necessary. That fixed my problem. If you are not using PAI flight plans and aircraft, you need to make sure the following files contain the correct infomation and that they match.Example:Your aircraft file should contain someting that looks like the followingAC#1,140,"Beech King Air 350"AC#2,464,"Learjet 45"AC#3,140,"Cessna Grand Caravan Paint1"AC#4,437,"McDonnell-Douglas/Boeing MD-83 Paint2"AC#5,265,"De Havilland Dash 8-100 Paint1"AC#6,315,"Cessna 208 Caravan Amphibian Paint1"AC#7,315,"Cessna 208 Caravan Amphibian Paint2"AND SO ONMake sure you have the aircraft you want to use for your AI inside this file. Make sure the aircraft title matches that of the aircraft you want to use.EXAMPLE:Lets say I want to add an aircraft to my aircraft file. This aircraft is a Delta 767-300 aircraft and its cruise speed is 430, the title of the aircraft is Delta 767 300. We would add the following line to our aircraft text file.Since the next aircraft number is 8, we will use that.AC#8,430,"Delta 767 300"That takes care of the aircraft text file. Next you need to add the flight plan to your traffic.bgl file.Your traffic.bgl file should contain somting that looks like the following.AC#7,N8552,87%,12Hr,IFR,01:53:50,07:01:06,100,F,7770,CYKZ,07:53:44,13:01:00,090,F,7771,CYHZAC#7,N73960,13%,12Hr,VFR,02:45:04,06:05:12,055,F,0128,KFNT,08:44:59,12:05:06,045,F,0129,KBNAHere you need to add your AI flight plan, this can be copied and pasted to this file. If you are going to use #8 for your aircraft file, you must also use this number inside your flight plan.EXAMPLEAC#8,N3769DL,87%,12Hr,IFR,01:53:50,07:01:06,100,F,7770,KJFK,07:53:44,13:01:00,090,F,7771,KLAXAC#8,N23240DL,13%,12Hr,VFR,02:45:04,06:05:12,055,F,0128,KEWR,08:44:59,12:05:06,045,F,0129,KBNAOnce this is done, all that is left is to compile this info using TTOOLS ver 1.2.Hope this helpsMichaelCFII SEL

Daniel...Michael pretty much exlains it all in his posting above. very helpful, indeed. just to acknowledge what he says, i've found that when my AI doesn't appear the 1st place to check is what Michael refers to under his 2nd example.....when you add an aircraft like in his example AC#8 a "Delta 767 300" make sure that in the aircraft.cfg file for that Delta 767-300 that you're adding the title line reads EXACTLY like the aircraft line in your aircraft.txt file.Michael uses "Delta 767 300" above......make sure that your aircraft.cfg file should read --> title=Delta 767 300i've found that one little typo will cause aircraft to not appear. check it out.hope this helps as well.chris
