I purchased the B1900D aircraft and never received an email to complete the download ... I have email PMDG 3 times with no answer yet. Any link the would help help to complete the download process would be appreicated .. thx

Also check to see whether you have SPAM blocking enabled which sometimes blocks the mail from PMDG.
