July 23, 200421 yr Hello, I purchased the PMDG 737-600/700 awhile back and I noticed that the new version 737-900 has more options and working things then the old version. I was wanting to know since they designed the aircraft will PMDG ever apply these same features to the older version. I am willing to pay extra for the new features and added effects such as a correct ligthing of panel and the other new features as in the newer/larger version. This is very important for all sim pilots that fly the smaller 737 because in the real world many airports do not have the larger 737's coming into their airport besides that it would be great to have that aircraft working as it really does in real life as does the newer version. I hope, PMDG really considers this for the sake of all the customers that have purchased their product and look forward to new ones and possible improvements to exitsting ones .Thank you A PMDG customer
July 23, 200421 yr Hello Mr ____? " am willing to pay extra for the new features" Maybe I don't understand what you are trying to say but the 800-900 add-on does change the existing 600-700 birds substantially and with the newest SUs comming shortly, the 600-700s will get even more additions added like fully clickable vc like the 800-900. Already if you purchased the 800-900, your 600-700 cockpit panels and night lighting are also changed and look like the 800-900 cockpits. If you believe that all the major developemtal changes are worth paying for, why not simply show your support and purchase the 800-900? You get completely new models, MAJOR changes to the 600-700 that were never promised for the aircrafts for "free" in the first place. Now there are a few who believe that "all" those things should have been there in the first place etc, I don't bother arguing simply because the first editions were updated and many things changed during the SU patches. July 23, 200421 yr "why not simply show your support and purchase the 800-900?"Simply? One can only show ones support if owning a creditcard. When will PMDG step forward and serve the willing costumers without one?Till then, "simply" just doesn't fit your service.
July 24, 200421 yr ^ Well, they DO offer boxed versions... It just takes longer.DPhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/ng_driver.jpgMember of SJU Photography.
