If I download the cycle at Navdata.at do I need your SIDs and STARS? I have loaded both in the past, but now I am unsure.Brad Brooks

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I downloaded SIDs/STARs from the Navdata homepage, and if you check the screenshot of comparison of yours EGLL procedures and those on the Navdata page, there are half or more of departures missing (same with arrivals).Through this I would conclude that there are more incomplete files. Simple question would be: what is it that you offer through this package?

Word Not Allowed,I think the difference is that Terry's file uses data from DAFIF which is well known for being incomplete for Europe and the UK.The file from Richard's site includes procedures created by users (such as Simon) as well as the ones produced by Terry.Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Word Not Allowed. The procedures I provide are developed from the DAFIF database. This database was developed for the military and contains only those procedures of use to the military. Unfortunately this means it does not contain all the procedures that are published in the civilian world. They are, however, current. The individual airport files at navdata.at are developed by individuals and uploaded there. They may or may not be current, it just depends on the author. So to answer your question, I offer up-to-date procedures but they are not all inclusive. Without this package you would only have those that were uploaded to navdata.at. Which is one reason why I also wrote a tutorial on making your own procedures.RegardsTerry
