Is it possible to test the EGPWS on the PMDG 737NG?BR,Frank

While the NG does not have terrain display it does have the audible warning. Fly low with the gear up or get to close to a mountain and see what happens. :-)

Hi Frank,if you have FS2Crew, your F/O will do the test (at least, you hear him performing this test).
