November 27, 200421 yr If you visit the PMDG front page you will now find links to the new PMDG 747-400 product screenshots as well as photos from the Birmingham FS Show taken by Fai Han (you can also find those in the related thread below). Please note - The new screenshots are from an early alpha version so some inaccuracies exist, such as the missing flow lines on the fuel synoptic display. We are still working hard on fixing all the details.Enjoy!Oh, the links of course is www.precisionmanuals.com. But you should know that by now, right? ;)
November 28, 200421 yr Thank you Marc and everyone at PMDG, all of your hard work to date shows as this bird is looking fantastic :-) Alaister Kay

November 28, 200421 yr Exactly where can we see these "many new screenshots"? I went to the 747 page and can see that the screenshot tab says updated 27th nov., but I can only see 8 screenshots, some which I've seen before I think...please help? :)
November 28, 200421 yr there are 15 of them, make sure you select the 'screenshot' tab on the 747 menu page. Also, you will have to the use the little arrow on either the left or right side of the small shots at the top to view them in the larger box CPU: Core i5-6600K 4 core (3.5GHz) - overclock to 4.3 | RAM: (1066 MHz) 16GB MOBO: ASUS Z170 Pro | GeForce GTX 1070 8GB | MONITOR: 2560 X 1440 2K
November 28, 200421 yr Okay thanks, I got it now...somehow I wasn't getting the pictures before eventhough I was doing the same thing...maybe a cache thing??edit...could you make it Firefox compliant? When in IE I see 5 screenshots at the top and the little arrows to the left and right. In Firefox I see all the screenshots in one long row across the top and I have to use the scrollbar at the bottom.
November 28, 200421 yr Hi !First of all, Great Pics !!!!But, i found some little details on the PFD which looks different to the real one. The Colour of the ground is brown like in the 737NG but in the 747-400 it is more kind of darker brown or however the colur is called. The grey on the left and right side of the PFD should be more dark.P.S.: It's no critic, just a suggestion !! :)I would even buy a microwave if it was made by PMDG....
November 28, 200421 yr Commercial Member Two item response for you:1) Alpha alpha alpha alpha alpha.....2) PMDG Styles mennu, as in the 737- you can make the colors pink and green if you wish. Robert S. Randazzo PLEASE NOTE THAT PMDG HAS DEPARTED AVSIM You can find us at: http://forum.pmdg.com
November 28, 200421 yr The pics (though smaller than I would prefer) show great promise. Up to this point I discounted PMDG assuming they can surely program autopilot or VNAV but can't make progress in the area of panel artistry. Well, I may have to revise my stance and these panels may in fact set new standard in panel design.Michael J.WinXP-Home SP2,AMD64 3500+,Abit AV8,Radeon X800Pro,36GB Raptor,1GB PC3200,Audigy 2 Michael J.
November 28, 200421 yr Looks like the 747 is coming along nicely, although I wil not be buying it. I have the Posky 747's and I hardly fly them. I think I flown those planes 2 times in the last 5 or 6 months :-lolThe 747 is just not a plane of me.Joseph Feleppa(edited to include my signature)
November 29, 200421 yr I do love flying this lady since PMDG issued an air file with manual long time ago but I also love to place such planes in my computer and from time to time pay then a visit, testing all circuits, taxing around and take off for a short circuit. It is my 3D encyclopedia or my museum what ever you prefer.Jean-ClaudeCYQB
November 29, 200421 yr Personally I can't wait. Nothing comes close to your 737NG and for this very reason I can't wait for something new and bigger to fly!
